We understand that plans can change. Please read our policy carefully before booking.
Cancellation Policy

Refund Process
- ✅ Refunds are processed within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation
- ✅ Refunds are returned to the original credit card used for payment
- ✅ No handling or processing fees
Date Change Policy
- ✅ You may change your departure date up to 2 times per booking
- ✅ Date changes must be requested at least 4 days before your original departure date
- ✅ Date changes are subject to availability
- ✅ No fee for date changes within the above conditions
Weather & Natural Disasters
In the event of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from proceeding safely, we will work with you to reschedule to an alternative departure date. Refunds are not available in these circumstances, but we are committed to finding a suitable alternative date for your expedition.
No Summit / Early Descent
Kilimanjaro is a high-altitude expedition with inherent risks. No refunds are available for failure to reach the summit or early descent due to altitude sickness, personal health, or other individual circumstances. Our team will do everything possible to support your summit attempt safely, but the mountain makes the final decision.

If you wish to book after the deadline, please contact us first to check availability. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
How to Cancel or Change Your Booking

All cancellation and change requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp message) to be valid. The date of your written request determines which cancellation tier applies.
Booking Confirmation Policy
Please note that your payment is not charged at the time of booking. Your card is authorized but not captured until our team confirms availability for your preferred departure date. You will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours of your booking request.
